Compliance Documents and Individual Customer Requirements
Arnz FLOTT GmbH Werkzeugmaschinen provides legally required compliance and sustainability information, including RoHS, REACH, POP and other declarations, free of charge via our website and digital platforms such as IntegrityNext.
These standard documents are regularly reviewed and updated where required.
If customers require additional individual compliance documents, customer-specific questionnaires, special declarations or manual transfer of already available information into customer-specific portals, additional administrative effort is required.
For such individually requested services, we charge a processing fee of minimum EUR 95.00 plus applicable VAT. More extensive or complex requests will be charged according to the actual effort involved.
We kindly ask for your understanding that such additional services are not included in the standard scope of product delivery and will therefore be allocated to the requesting customer on a cost-causing basis.
